CONDITIONS OF USE
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Onatah online store. By placing an order through us you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by our terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these terms then please do not use our online store.
HOW YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED
Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched within 48 hours on business working days via Australia Post and you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. These delivery times are just a guideline and Australia Post delivery time frames are totally out of our control. All parcels can be tracked and if you fear your parcel is late or lost, email at email@example.com for the tracking number. Items sent via the $3 standard post method are not traceable and can take up to 7 days to arrive.
When you place an order with Onatah you are required to provide a valid e-mail address which we will use to communicate with you, if needed regarding the order. In the unlikely event we can not supply your order then we will notify you via e-mail and a full refund will be processed as soon as possible.

We deliver Worldwide. All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Payments are made in AUD when using a Credit Card or PayPal.

Pre-Orders are items that we currently have in production and you can purchase them before they're physically available for peace of mind. All Pre-Orders are shipped on or before the estimated date stated on the individual item listing. If you purchase an items that is In Stock as well as a Pre-Order item, both items will not be shipped until both are in stock.
PICK UP ONLY
Any orders made via www.onatah.com.au can be picked up from our physical store. Please refer to our 'Shipping Information' page for more details on how to collect your order from our store.
It is the responsibility of the customers to inform www.onatah.com.au if an order does not arrive. Once we determine your order has not arrived we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Onatah will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit a replacement item will not be dispatched until a full investigation has been completed. For more details regarding Australia Post, please visit www.auspost.com.au
Onatah attempts to display the goods as accurately as possible. Due to many factors including colouring varying from screen to screen and from screen to printer, we cannot guarantee that the colours in the product you receive will 100% match the colours you see on our website.
Onatah makes every effort to ensure that the most accurate information is displayed with our products. In the event that we find an error in the description or a fault with the garment prior to despatch you may choose to accept the corrected information or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order we will issue you a full refund.
If you purchase an item and we have over sold this product, you will be notified via email and will be offered a replacement item or a refund.
