Returns Policy

If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to us asap. To do this, you need to email (within 7 days of your purchase) and get a Returns Authorisation Number. Please also tell us the reason for your return. As we have a very high turnover of stock we cannot guarantee we will have an alternative size available in the same style.

Items returned within 7 days of your delivery will be issued with a Store credit.


Returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Items which smell of ladies perfume/deodorant will automatically be returned so please take due care when trying on your order. ONATAH reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.

Due to the popularity of our range we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a credit note which will allow you to return to our online store and either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Credit notes are issued Online Gift Certificate that can be used only at . 
Credit notes are processed within 3 days of receiving your items at our office.

Along with your statutory rights, ONATAH will NOT issue refunds for reasons such as 'Change of Mind' or 'Wrong Size', all our items are inspected thoroughly before being sent out to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. 

Faulty Items

However, in the rare case that a major fault has been overlooked we are happy to repair, replace, exchange, offer you a store credit or a refund.  We also reserve the right to return garments to manufacturers to be deemed faulty before offering a replacement, repair, store credit, exchange or refund.
