We do not accept returns of our Dog Coats, as the meausrements are all listed for each individual coat - it is up to the buyer to ensure they have correctly measured their dog before ordering. Please do not guess sizes, as most of the the time your dog is bigger than you think it is. As our stock sells quickly, I often can't do exchanges.
Faulty Items or Coats needing Repairs
I am more than happy to repair coats if the velcro needs to replacing etc, the postage to and from is your responsibility, however I will do the repairs at no cost.
In the rare case that you recieve a faulty item, Please email me immediately so that I can work towards rectifying the problem.
You can email [email protected] if you believe your garment has a fault. Coats that have been chewed by your dog are not considered faulty.
