This coat does have a D Ring hole to be worn over a harness however wearing a harness over a coat can be restrictive and for a comfortable fit you will need to make sure the chest measurements are a few cms larger than needed.

This is our new chest cover design. It covers your dogs chest with an adjustable neck and girth. The neck sits slightly lower than our original coat design, the chest piece wraps around under the chest and velcros up in both sides behind the front legs.
