Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of our Dog Coats, as the meausrements are all listed for each individual coat - it is up to the buyer to ensure they have correctly measured their dog before ordering. Please do not guess sizes, as most of the the time your dog is a lot bigger than you think it is. As our stock sell extremely quickly, I often can't do exchanges.
Faulty Items or Coats needing Repairs
I am more than happy to repair coats if the velcro needs to replacing etc, the postage to and from is your responsibility, however I will do the repairs at no cost.
In the rare case that you recieve a faulty item, Please email me immediately so that I can work towards rectifying the problem.
